
This program is great for people who want to get results while also being sociable within a friendly group to achieve their goals of weight loss, toning, more energy or fitness. Our Outdoor Group Training is a 12 workout course.
All workouts will include cardio and strength training. Each workout is creatively planned. We use medicine balls, swiss balls, dumbbells, jump ropes, agility training, circuit training, sprints and long runs.
All Outdoor Group Trainers are certified and insured; they will motivate and move you!
